Zuryna Livermore: So the Today Show had
the nerve to make a bracket of TV moms.
I'm talking Claire Huxtable, June
Cleaver, March Simpson, you name it.
The most famous TV moms you
could think of were included.
And it got me thinking, being a
mom is the marketing blueprint.
No PR team, no budget, just vibe,
strategy, and unmatched relatability.
Let's dive in on the latest episode
of Operations Unfiltered, available
wherever you get your podcast.
Let's take a little trip down memory lane.
Before we had Instagram stories
and viral tiktoks, we had moms
with side hustles and S snack bags.
Moms who could negotiate with teachers
playing PTA events and still make
it look easy in church on Sundays.
Y'all know what I'm talking about.
So when I think about my favorite
mom content creators, I'm talking
people like Jsa Vaughn, Carmen, Renee,
and Jayla Sims, just to name a few.
They give me that same energy.
They're not just creators, they're
narrators of real life and the
filter that they use, it's not
just aesthetic, it's emotion.
They talk about reclaiming their
inner batty while packing lunches
and showing up to parent-teacher
conferences, and it's that blend of
vulnerability and boss batty energy
that makes their content hit so hard.
Here's the thing.
Mom creators aren't just relatable,
they're reliable, and they're
reliable for three simple things.
Number one, we trust them
because they live what they post.
Number two, their content is built
on experience, not just aesthetics.
I mean, with jsa, she always
gives the aesthetics though.
And lastly, when they recommend
something, we don't question it, we click.
Back again at that content
creator influencer line, right?
But this time it just hits
different because it's not
just girl, I like this product.
No, it's more like, this product
saved me at 3:00 AM during a teething
meltdown, and here's the link.
That's how mom influencers have bridged
the gap between marketing and real life.
And it works because when we see
their content, we see ourselves, their
chaos feels familiar, their small
wins feel like a community victory.
I.
Honestly, that's not just
content, that's connection.
That's conversion.
And brands that get it.
Oh, they're already winning because
tart trips featuring mom, influencers
are sure to sell out products okay?
Now let's talk logistics, because you
guys know that's where my heart is.
Behind every post is a packed schedule.
Behind every reel is a toddler who
just spilled juice on your cord.
I'm speaking from personal experience.
Sorry.
Anyway, these moms are scripting,
editing, pitching, and negotiating
sometimes while breastfeeding.
I've done that or waiting in the line
At Chick-fil-A, it's easy to admire
the content, but what you don't
always see is the system behind it.
The endless Google Docs, the batch filming
the, this brand hasn't paid me yet, but
I still have to post because contract.
Listen, mom, influencers are
running micro agencies out of
their homes with no assistant,
no downtime, and often no credit.
So let me say it clearly.
Pay mom creators their worth.
Their influence isn't just
cute, it's convertible.
So whether you grew up watching Claire
Huxtable like me, or you're currently
following Jli Vaughn on her latest
adventure while she's s slang in her LTK
outfit, mind you let us always remember
that moms are the original storytellers.
They're showing us that operations aren't
always pretty, but they're powerful.
They're teaching us that you can
hold space for yourself and your
people, and they're proving every
single day that real content doesn't
need to be perfect to be profitable.
Now back to the Today Show bracket.
At the time of this recording, I'm
checking the bracket standings, and
they have Claire Huxtable, my personal
favorite, up against Carol Brady.
Now, the polls are saying that
Carol Brady is winning, but we
all know who America's mom is.
It's Claire Huxtable.
Okay, need I say more?
Anyway, if you love this episode, please
share it with a mom who's juggling
it all and doing it beautifully.
