Really connecting with your community
and know that even if you don't have
money, even if you don't have something
to offer, your presence is enough.
Sometimes a hug is enough,
a text message is enough.
So leaning on your community and reaching
out to people that you know love you and
you love them, and just lean on them.
Having gratitude for the smallest
things, so even if everything you
feel like everything is going wrong.
out a sheet of paper and write down
everything that you're grateful
for, and I a hundred percent sure
everything will change for you.
